61 Park Lane
Bringing the same spirit of luxury and customer service as their department store to the world of property, Harrods Estates looks after some of the most premium residences on the market. With four offices in London, their West End branch is situated on Park Lane, a prized address on its own. The estates arm of the Harrods company opened in 1897 and was an immediate hit with their ultra-rich customers, never faltering on their client’s expectations that they would provide the best. The Park Lane office opened in 2005, allowing them to take on many more excellent spaces in the Mayfair, Marylebone, Regents Park, St John’s Wood, and St James areas.
They work with clients in the UK and overseas to help them find a new home, the perfect pied-à-terre in London, or investment opportunity from grand period buildings, to serviced apartments, to brand new luxurious developments exclusively available to Harrods Estates’ customers. They can also help you find off-market properties to give you first pick and conduct bespoke property searches.
They deal exclusively with residential properties but cover a full-scale of services from buying and selling, letting, concierge, and consultancy. Harrods Estates will also act as managing agent for resident committees and developers. A further benefit to working with them is being linked to other helpful services within the Harrods group such as interior design, personal shopping, and asset management. Recognising their international client base, they can provide interpreters to assist, and have dedicated Russian and Middle Eastern desks. Care continues after the initial deal with their property management service which can include looking after vacant properties by checking security, forwarding your post, watering plants, and preparing your home for your return.
As a customer of Harrods Estates, you will automatically be enrolled into their rewards scheme and start earning points for properties you buy, sell, or lease. For every 500 points you earn, you’ll have £5 of store credit to treat yourself to something special in store.
