In addition to their huge selection of trainers, you’ll also find sandals and flip flops, tracksuits, hoodies, t-shirts, caps, sunglasses and collectible accessories and gifts. Footlocker has been dedicated to this for more than 30 years. While the company has its roots in America, London remains an important part of their portfolio as an important cultural hub with a thriving streetwear scene.
The flagship store covers an impressive 1270 square metres across two floors. Inside you’ll find features unique to this store that celebrate the creative community. Local street artist Tommy Bates was specially commissioned to create a mural on each floor and photography throughout the store has all been shot in the capital. Footlocker regularly hosts events and pop-ups at the store which, in the past have included an Xbox Experience Zone, sneaker cleaning and a barbers, so keep your eye out for what’s coming next. The preview event for the store’s opening included performances from rapper Octavian and DJ Charlie Sloth to set the tone as one of the coolest shops on the famous shopping boulevard.
