Power of Sail – West End
When Harvard professor Charles Nichols invites a contentious white nationalist to his annual symposium, chaos ensues. Concerns arise among his colleagues regarding the impact on both his and the University’s reputation, while his students protest vehemently. Despite the uproar, Charles remains steadfast. Is there a hidden agenda at play?
Directed by Dominic Dromgoole, the cast includes Julian Ovenden as Charles Nichols, Tanya Franks as Amy, Katie Bernstein as Maggie, Georgia Landers as Quinn, and Paul Rider as Frank.
Penned by Paul Grellong (known for The Boys and Law & Order: SVU), this gripping thriller delves into the delicate balance between hate and freedom of speech – who ultimately pays the price?
Co-produced with Daryl Roth, who previously collaborated on the Menier’s well-received production of Indecent, this play premieres on 28th March, with previews starting from 20th March, and runs for a limited 8-week period until 12th May.
