About the show

Consider yourself at home with Cameron Mackintosh’s acclaimed new production of Lionel Bart’s classic British musical Oliver!, directed and choreographed by the Olivier and Tony Award-winning Matthew Bourne and playing a strictly limited season at the Gielgud Theatre.

Based on Charles Dickens’ beloved novel, Oliver! follows a young orphan boy who escapes the cruelty of the workhouse and an undertaker’s parlour to find himself on the streets of Victorian London. There he falls in with the Artful Dodger and the wily Fagin’s gang of pickpockets - and the kind-hearted Nancy, caught between her loyalty to the brutal Bill Sikes and her love for the boy.

With one of the most beloved scores in musical theatre - including “Food Glorious Food,” “Consider Yourself,” “I’d Do Anything,” “As Long as He Needs Me” and “Oom-Pah-Pah” - this glorious, big-hearted production is a feast for all the family. Book your tickets now.
