About the show

Cirque Alice is a spectacular circus reimagining of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, making its European premiere at the Royal Festival Hall for the festive season. Following Alice down the rabbit hole and into a topsy-turvy world of wonder, the production tells the story through breathtaking acrobatics, aerial feats, contortion, puppetry and dance, set to live music.

From Roast Productions and Senbla, and the creators of Circus 1903, the show brings together an international company of circus artists for a family Christmas spectacular under the roof of one of London’s great concert halls.

Frequently asked questions

It is a circus spectacular that retells Alice in Wonderland through breathtaking acrobatics, aerial feats, contortion, puppetry and dance, set to live music. The story is told through jaw-dropping circus skills rather than dialogue.

It is recommended for ages five and up and is designed as a family Christmas spectacular, with its colour, wonder and circus thrills appealing to children and grown-ups alike.

Not at all. Following Alice down the rabbit hole is easy to grasp, and the show is really a feast of visual spectacle, so no familiarity with the book is needed to be swept along.

It comes from Roast Productions and Senbla, the creators of the acclaimed Circus 1903, and brings together an international company of circus artists for its European premiere at the Royal Festival Hall.

It is a large venue, and the aerial and acrobatic feats read wonderfully from a straight-on view, so the centre of the stalls and the front of the tiers are ideal. You can compare every price band when you pick your seats above.
