Ballet's supreme masterpiece.

About the show

Tchaikovsky’s greatest masterpiece returns to the West End as the State Ballet of Georgia brings a brand-new production of Swan Lake to the London Coliseum for a strictly limited summer season - accompanied by the Royal Ballet Sinfonia playing live.

When Prince Siegfried falls in love with Odette - a princess cursed by the evil sorcerer Rothbart to live her days as a swan - he swears his eternal love. But at the royal ball, Rothbart presents his daughter Odile, disguised as Odette, and deceives the prince. From the heartbreaking white swan pas de deux to the dazzling Black Swan variation, Swan Lake remains ballet’s supreme technical test and one of theatre’s most emotionally overwhelming experiences.

Following their sold-out 2024 London debut, the Tbilisi-based State Ballet of Georgia returns with this brand-new staging overseen by Artistic Director Nina Ananiashvili, the former Bolshoi prima ballerina - with hand-painted sets by Georgian artist David Monavardisashvili and new costumes by Kirill Gaisin. Principal casting varies across the run, with daily cast sheets available at each performance. Book your tickets now.
