Paranormal Activity brings the record-breaking horror film franchise to the West End stage in a chilling production that has been described as about as good as stage horror gets. Written by Levi Holloway and directed by Felix Barrett, the co-founder and artistic director of the immersive theatre company Punchdrunk, the play uses illusions, video and sound design to fill the intimate Ambassadors Theatre with mounting dread.
The story follows a couple who begin to sense that something unseen is sharing their home. As they set up cameras to capture what happens while they sleep, the disturbances grow more frequent and more frightening, and the line between the everyday and the terrifying starts to fall away.
Following its acclaimed premiere, the production returns to the Ambassadors Theatre for autumn 2026. The show runs for approximately 2 hours, including one interval, and is recommended for ages 15 and above.
