Acclaimed playwright Conor McPherson (The Weir, Girl from the North Country) adapts Collins’ story, directed by Matthew Dunster and staged in the round at the Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre. The production brings Panem to life with large-scale illusions, video design and aerial effects, following Katniss’s journey through a gripping tale of courage, hope and the unbreakable human spirit.
Mia Carragher leads the company as Katniss Everdeen, with Euan Garrett as Peeta, Joshua Lacey as Haymitch and Tamsin Carroll as Effie Trinket, alongside a filmed appearance by John Malkovich as President Snow.
