Tony Awards —
a Broadway record

The first major London revival of Mel Brooks’ The Producers has exploded onto the West End stage — and it is, quite simply, the funniest show in London. Based on Brooks’ classic cult film and the original Broadway production that won a record-breaking twelve Tony Awards, this outrageous musical takes no prisoners as it proudly proclaims itself an “equal opportunity offender.”

Down-on-his-luck Broadway producer Max Bialystock has a scheme. Teaming up with timid accountant Leo Bloom, he sets out to create the biggest flop in theatre history — a sure-fire disaster called Springtime for Hitler — planning to pocket the investors’ money and disappear. The only problem? It turns out to be a thunderous hit.

“The funniest show in London. I honestly can’t find fault with it.” — Evening Standard ★★★★★

Teeming with Mel Brooks’ signature humour, The Producers is a masterclass in comic timing, outrageous set pieces and loveable villainy. Tony Award-winning director Patrick Marber leads an extraordinary company including Andy Nyman, Marc Antolin, Trevor Ashley, Raj Ghatak, Harry Morrison and Joanna Woodward — delivering performances that have left audiences and critics roaring with laughter night after night.

With an irresistible score packed with showstoppers, jaw-dropping choreography and more laughs per minute than most shows manage in an entire run, The Producers is the most purely, unapologetically joyful night out in the West End. Book your tickets today — comedy doesn’t get better than this.
