Centre Point is the flagship project for Almacantar, taking six years from purchase to opening. The building was one of London’s first ever skyscrapers and has been a focal point on Oxford Street since 1966. Five-bedroom flats in the new development are expected to reach up to £50 million.
Almacantar is run by Mike Hussey, a former Executive Board Director at Land Securities with previous experience at top London property firms Knight Frank, Edward Erdman, and the Canary Wharf Group. His extensive knowledge of the London arena has allowed him to put forward considered proposals and secure some of the most sought-after buildings at exactly the right time to bring them to market.
