Famous for its Swiss army knives, the lower ground floor is dedicated to this hero product, along with the rest of its range of knives. A knife assembly station allows you to create your own personalised product with your own hands. You’ll get a choice of tools and can even have it engraved with your initials at the end. It makes for a great present or a memorable experience for an item you’ll have for a lifetime. Knife engraving on pre-purchased products is also offered as a separate service.

There’s much more to the brand than knives though. Take a look around the rest of the brand to discover their cutlery, watches and fragrances for men and women on the ground floor and head upstairs for a selection of premium suitcases, carry-on bags, briefcases, wallets and other travel gear.

Victorinox knives and tools come with a lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship and any issues can be raised at the store to send them for repair. The service centre will also be able to assist, at a cost, with any damage caused to your products.
